A composite nanofiber composed of three polymers, namely polyvinyl alcohol/polyvinyl pyrrolidone/polyethylene oxide, is produced. The experiments are constructed using design experiment techniques, Taguchi L9, L27, and Screening method. verified the analysis variance (ANOVA) method later a mathematical model developed regression impact electrospun processing parameters, applied voltage, flow rate, working distance, on nanofibers' diameter measured. distance significant factor in controlling size fiber diameter, while voltage has lowest effect it. As result equation, Genetic algorithm used to find optimum variables for required which 156 nm rate = 0.001 mL h?1, 30 kV, 200 mm with 3% difference from experimental diameter.
